Fatty Acids and Triglycerides


Fatty acids, in general, do a few different things for our bodies. People with specific conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis, arthritis, diabetes or breast tenderness, should consult their doctors before taking any omega 6 supplements. Both borage oil and evening primrose oil reportedly lower the seizure threshold; therefore, individuals requiring anticonvulsant medication should exercise caution and discuss it with their physician.
